We are thrilled to partner with Health Hero PA to bring you our 2024 School Influenza Vaccination Clinics!

Flu is a serious illness with significant impact, leading to millions of cases annually in the U.S., hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations, and tens of thousands of deaths. Given that schools are high-traffic areas for viruses, it’s crucial to protect our students and reduce the spread of flu.

• Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2024
• Location: Penn Delco School District Schools
• Vaccine: Trivalent Injectable Flu Vaccination

Why Participate?

• Safe and Professional: All vaccinations are administered by licensed professionals under the supervision of a doctor.
• No Out-of-Pocket Costs: We offer vaccinations at no cost to families. Simply return a completed and signed consent form for your child to receive their flu shot.

How to Enroll:

1. Complete the Consent Form: Fill out, sign, and return the attached consent form to your child’s school by Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
2. Receive Immunization Paperwork: After vaccination, your child will receive documentation for your records.
