Hello Parkside Families,
Our very own, Ashley Coyle, kindergarten teacher extraordinaire, is in the running for America's Favorite Teacher! To learn more about her click HERE! Voting is now live! Click HERE if you'd like to vote for Mrs. Coyle! If she is selected, Bill Nye the Science Guy will visit Parkside!
This Friday is Rock Your Socks! at Parkside for Down Syndrome Awareness. In lunches this week, we are raising money through the sales of socks, bracelets, and coloring pages, if you are able to support the cause, your child will have the opportunity to buy until Thursday. All students are invited to wear mismatched socks on Friday to celebrate our friends with Down Syndrome!
We are also gearing up for April and Autism Awareness. We will be welcoming The Ben Show to bring awareness to our friend living on the autism spectrum and how all of our differences can make us stronger and more prepared for life! The Benergy Assembly will take place in early April for all students.
